Existing Friendship Bracelet units remain effective throughout Terra Firma, but lose synchronisation beyond the range of the terrestrial relay network. Orbital coverage is not yet available. Replacement units are being developed using material recovered from the subterranean incident zone.

Map wearer locations, travel patterns and group associations. Bracelet pairing allows identification of Monkes who repeatedly travel together or enter restricted regions.

Behavioural Influence

Low-energy synchronisation pulses may encourage group cohesion, reduced curiosity and improved response to authorised safety announcements.

Subsurface Link

Signals from the recovered material appear strongest near the buried laboratory. The underground organism may be producing, receiving or remembering the same frequency.

Friendship Bracelet // Space Variant

The space-compatible bracelet requires an orbital relay or a direct link to the recovered artifact. Testing has been delayed after prototype wearers reported shared dreams, missing time and the sensation that something beneath City was trying to locate them.

Internal recommendation: continue describing failures as a material durability issue. Do not discuss tracking range, behavioural resonance, the underground laboratory, or the possibility that the buried organism can identify bracelet wearers.
